(deceased) – Hall of Fame first baseman and outfielder for the St. Louis Cardinals from 1941 – 1963. Fourth all-time in number of hits with 3,630. Winner of seven batting titles and three MVP awards. Played entire career with the Cardinals. Inducted into Hall of Fame in 1969.
